Registration fee

The conference registration fee is EUR 165. It includes:

  • Participation in the conference sessions
  • Participation in the workshop
  • Presentation of one or two papers at the conference sessions
  • Publication of one or two abstracts (after being reviewed and accepted) in the Conference Program
  • Publication of one full paper (after being reviewed and accepted) in the Conference Proceedings
  • Certificate of Participation

The conference registration fee payment deadline is 15 March 2021.

How to pay the registration fee

The conference organizers provide 3 options for registration fee payment:

Send a message to the conference email requesting an invoice. You will receive an online invoice. Click on it. Add your data and pay with your credit card.

Visit the BCES online shop. Click on the registration fee. Click Add to cart. Click on the cart icon up-right. Click Check-out. Follow next steps and pay with your credit card.

Go to a bank office and order a bank transfer to the BCES bank account. In this case, participants cover all bank transfer charges.

Important notes

  1. Conference registration is confirmed upon receipt of a paid registration fee.
  2. If participants cancel their participation, there is no refund of registration fees.
